Our specialty gourmet coffee brands are Highlands Organic & Supremo Colombian coffee. Our Highlands coffees are 100% premium Arabica beans, fair trade and shade grown. Highlands Organic is 100% Certified Organic. Supremo beans are Colombia’s highest grade coffee. We supply whole beans as well as ground coffee.

Highlands coffee has robust flavor, rich aroma, well-balanced acidity and full body, which makes it an outstanding coffee with great taste. The coffee is certified to meet the highest standards of quality set by the National Federation of Coffee Growers of Colombia.

Our coffee beans come from the vast central region of Colombia. The central region has a rich fertile and volcanic soil due to its unique location, climate and altitude, which makes it an ideal place for growing coffee of exceptional quality. The coffee plants are cultivated high in the Andes Mountains where the coffee beans are carefully hand picked, selected and evaluated. The beans are processed using the washed method, a process that emphasizes clarity and brightness in the cup.

At our supplier’s roasting plant, the skilled roasters carefully roast the coffee beans in a way that burns off the acid and allows the oils to be released, adding slight shininess and capturing the essence of the beans. The roasting process brings out the unique characteristics of each bean and fully develops its rich aroma, robust flavor and full body present in the beans.

Our roaster watches over each stage of the roasting process with great care to ensure that each batch of coffee meets our standards. Prepared to order, the coffee is packed right after roasting to preserve its freshness and taste.

Our roaster has a highly specialized laboratory for quality control purposes. The coffee beans undergo rigorous manual, mechanical and computerized testing measures before it is roasted. The cupping is done by a panel of expert tasters. The coffee is processed under precise industry standards to ensure the highest quality for the customers.
